Training Options and Pricing

Guided Personal Training

For those beginning or continuing their fitness journey.
60-minute1-on-1 sessions with real-time feedback, form correction, and tailored progressions.

  • In-person training: We meet at your home or condo gym. Our service boundaries are St. Clair (north), Woodbine Ave. (east), High Park (west), and Lakeshore Road (south).

  • Virtual training: Personalized training over a secure video call from the comfort of your own home, travel destination or gym. These are also available for in-person clients when they’re away from home. 

 

Rates: $150 + HST per session.
Discounts available for 12, 24, 36, or 48-session packages.

Self-Guided Programming

For experienced clients or those recovering from injury who prefer independence with expert oversight. We create a tailored program customized from your Structural Integrity Assessment™ and provide monthly check-ins, progress tracking and upgrades to your program.

Rates: $350 + HST per month.

Our Approach

Our engineering-based approach addresses the root cause(s) of your issues; not your symptoms:

1) Assess: understand how your body moves as a whole through a movement and fitness assessment.

2) Analyze: identify key compensation patterns and develop exercises to stabilize these critical areas. For example, a perceived shoulder mobility problem may be actually be a core stability problem.

3) Train: expert 1-on-1 training and re-assessment ensures you’re training hard and smart with continual progression.
