Training Options and Pricing
Guided Personal Training
Ideal for those beginning or continuing their fitness journey. These are dedicated 60-minute 1-on-1 sessions with your trainer. You receive personalized recommendations and form corrections to ensure the exercises are promoting improvement.

In-person training: We meet at your home or condo gym. Our service boundaries are St. Clair (north), Woodbine Ave. (east), High Park (west), and Lakeshore Road (south).

Virtual training: Personalized recommendations and form corrections are provided over a secure video call. These are also available for in-person clients when they’re away from home.
Guided personal training services begin at $150 +HST per session. We apply a discount on packages of 12, 24, 36, or 48 sessions.

Self-Guided Programming
Ideal for those already deep into their fitness journey. Maybe you’re looking to recover from a new or chronic injury. Or you simply need a slight push to get to the next level. We evaluate your current status and any physical limitations during your initial fitness assessment. We then conduct an analysis of your motions to provide a customized training program with monthly check-ins and program updates. Your goals. Your pace.
Self-guided programming services begin at $300 +HST per month.

Science-based Fitness Assessments and Programs

EHP's personal training service builds your body from the ground up so you can perform your best at work, play, and life. Through our program, you’ll learn how your body works, and methods to improve mobility, stability, and strength. You’ll also be educated on the science behind the exercises so you understand how to maintain your health and fitness in the long term.

Structural Integrity Assessment
A one-hour fitness assessment with a series of exercises based on the issues discussed in our consultation. This is a biomechanical analysis of mobility, stability, coordination, strength, and endurance. These metrics help identify the root cause of symptoms (e.g. pain, tightness). Once we understand patterns leading to your symptoms we can develop your bespoke fitness program. We build strength and mobility from the ground up so lingering issues don’t return.

Your training program is customized to you. The activities are built from the results of your Structural Integrity Assessment and targeted to strengthen the root mechanisms of your issues. As your body begins to feel more stable you'll progress into a more challenging routine driven by your goals and activities.
